Private party packages include all materials and instruction needed for each attendee to complete one painting. Events run for 2 hours and are staffed with an artist/instructor and a greeter/bartender.
~Choose the painting from our gallery for your event. Our artist will walk your group through the painting with easy to follow step by step instructions!
OR
~Choose an “open paint” party where everyone paints from their own imagination. We provide the materials and an instructor to assist with ideas, questions and techniques.
Details:
Daytime private parties and parties on an “off” night (Sunday, Monday or Tuesday night) The minimum cost is $450.00. This will give you the entire space and painting for up to 15 guests. There is a $30 charge per person over the 15 guest minimum.
Night time private parties on a regularly scheduled evening (Wednesday through Saturday night) the cost is $900.00. This will give you the entire space and painting for up to 30 people. There will be an additional charge of $30 per person over the 30 person minimum.
Food and Drink: All food and drink will be supplied by palettes at an additional charge, please call us to discuss your needs. Private party times are flexible but generally get booked quickly, so please reserve in advance if possible. Please contact us for more details and to arrange your party:
Private parties may also be booked by contacting us by phone, at 508.500.3093. A credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your event time. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking ($225 for daytime/off nights, $450 for Wednesday through Saturday night). The remaining balance will be due at the conclusion of your event, with any additional guest charges ($30 per person) plus the beverage and food total.
Cancellation Policy: You may receive a full refund if you cancel one week (7 days) in advance. Cancellations within one week of the event are subject to a 50% refund.
